Rental Terms and Conditions

All rentals are scheduled to be returned in the afternoon.

Requirements:

• We only accept valid European driving licenses (including UK). Provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No credit card is required for booking.

• When making a reservation, please provide your age and nationality.

Rental Periods:

• One-Day Rental: Pickup is available after 8:30 AM, and the vehicle must be returned the same day by 7:30 PM.

• Multi-Day Rental: For rentals exceeding one day, the vehicle is available from 8:30 AM on the first day and must be returned by 7:00 PM on the final day.

Included in Rates:

•  road assistance across Rhodes (available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

• Third-party liability and property damage insurance.

• VAT and local taxes.

• Complimentary pickup and return service from your hotel.

• Free detailed road maps and route planners.

• Unlimited mileage with no additional charges.

• Free helmets for both driver and passenger.

• Hygiene hat for helmets (exclusive to our service in Rhodes).

Optional Add-Ons:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with full insurance coverage and a small excess fee.

General Rental Terms:

1. Driver’s Age:

   • Minimum age for 80cc scooters: 18 years.

   • For vehicles over 125cc: 21 years.

   • For ATVs and bikes over 125cc: 23 years.

   • For high-powered vehicles (450cc and above): 26 years.
     Please provide your age at the time of reservation.

2. Driving License:

   • Only full European (including UK) driving licenses are accepted. Provisional licenses are not valid.

   • For 125cc and above vehicles, the driver must have held a valid license for at least one year.

   • For mopeds and ATVs up to 80cc, an AM class license is required (or a car license if applicable in your country).

   • For scooters and bikes 125cc and above, a valid motorbike license (A1 or A) is mandatory.

   • For larger ATVs, a Class B license is required.

3. Minimum Rental Period:

   • The minimum rental period is one day. Pickup is after 8:30 AM on the first day, and return  by 19:30 PM on the same day.

4. Fines:

   • All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

5. Taxes:

   • All prices include VAT and local taxes.

6. Fuel:

   • Fuel costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages:

   • Customers are liable for damages caused by their negligence. With full insurance, only a small excess fee applies.

8. Insurance:

   • Third-party liability insurance is included. Off-road driving voids all insurance coverage.

9. Security Deposit:

   • A valid license, passport, or a security deposit (credit card or cash) are required.

10. ATV Usage Restrictions:

    • ATVs and all rental vehicles are strictly for on-road use only.

    • Small ATVs (up to 80cc) are permitted within a 15 km radius of our base (up to rhodes town )

    • Larger ATVs (300cc and above) are allowed within a 35 km radius (up to Lindos Beach and northern areas).

    • A €50 guarantee is required for larger ATVs (300cc and above).

Important Announcement:

To all clients interested in renting a motorbike, ATV, or scooter in Faliraki:

Please be cautious of companies offering vehicle delivery to your hotel without a physical office in Faliraki. According to Greek tourism laws, rental agreements must be signed at the company’s official office. Businesses without a local office are not authorized to rent vehicles in Faliraki.

What to Look For:

1. Ensure the rental company has a physical office in Faliraki for easy access.

2. Verify that the vehicle has a company-branded sticker (required for legal identification).

3. Confirm the mobile number on the contract is active. Many illegal operators are unreachable in emergencies.

4. Always request a receipt with the company’s name, not just a contract.
